Why already care about Weblate 4.0 now?
Weblate 4.0 will be released in April 2020, but we want you to know about it now so you can prepare for significant changes in it. PostgreSQL run only and Python 3.x only support.

Weblate is changing its look
Weblate has grown a lot since the first lines of code in 2012, and we finally found some time to not only make new features but also create a new website. One that will serve better to the users and visitors, look modern, and represent well. I am not going to describe here all the pretty things of the site, this is a story about the creative process and things that happened around.

Weblate 3.7 has been released today. It is a version with interesting new features and plenty of bugs fixed.
translation-finder 1.5
The translation-finder module has been released in version 1.5. It is used by Weblate to detect translatable files in the repository making setup of translation components in Weblate much easier. This release brings lot of improvements based on feedback from our users, making the detection faster, more reliable and accurate.
