Another two moths are gone, and the growing Weblate team is proudly here with the latest release. So proud, we made two in one day, with a tiny fix of Python package in 5.8.1.

The major delivers improvements for another popular code-hosting site, Bitbucket Cloud. Weblate can now create its special pull requests, so BBC users can enjoy the benefits of control over incoming contributions with PRs, squashed if they wish.

Quite a buzz had been in the corner of MT engines integrations. The new busy bee is the Azure OpenAI engine, while ModernMT and Amazon Translate now work with the glossary you have in Weblate. Letting a machine serve you personalized translations just got easier again.

A big improvement for those with monolingual files in their workflow can be the new Key Filter. Other things to mention are some improved fixups. There is so much more delivered in this release that any Weblate user can choose from. Just find your favorite feature, improvement, or fix in the changelog!

For those who enjoy playing with unfinished stuff, we prepared the OpenAPI documentation. It will still take a lot of work before being perfect, but you can test it already and share your thoughts! And if you have feedback on anything else about Weblate, you know you are always welcome to share it as well. The community is what helps the development move forward.
